Ok, the attachment apparently didn't work so I'll type it out below.


Failed on loading skin name "minibcont". The file "shell.css" is required in
your "sscommon/skins/minibcont/css" directory. To fix this problem, please
check the skin name in your config file, or reinstall the application.

I don't know what application this is referring to.
 
My origional post did not post so I will repeat my question. When I restart
my computer I get this error message. Can anyone help or explain what it
means? The error message is in the other posting.

A quick Google for "minibcont" tells me that this file is part of the Dell
Support Center. You can uninstall the Dell Support Center (an unnecessary
program). I usually leave it uninstalled since it isn't useful and just
takes up resources but if you want it you can always reinstall it again.
Get the latest version from Dell's tech support website for your specific
model machine.
