Error message

Can't open Business Contact Manager. Keep getting
message"C:\windows\system32\Act9ext.dll". Error suggests I use Help's "detect
& repair", but Widows closes before I can do anything. Uninstalled BCM &
re-installed, no change.

I've had that error on machines that used to have ACT! installed, but
they didn't prevent Outlook from running. Apparently the ACT
uninstaller doesn't clean up after itself.

Have you uninstalled ACT!? If you've done that, see if you can disable
the ACT! addin from the list of Outlook add-ins in the Registry.
