Error Message

I have been having trouble with Microsoft Office 2003. Whenever I click to
run a Microsoft Office 2003 application I get a message that reads:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click OK to
terminate the application.
I have not been able to access Word, Publisher, or any other Microsoft
Applications. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

And also, when my computer first starts up I get a message saying to set
registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\.NETFramework\InstallRoot to point to
the .NET Framework install location

Both those problems are probably caused by errors in your permissions
settings.

I had the same error trying to run halo 2 vista when I installed the
update of sp1 and this came up. but that thing didnt help.

Anyone wanting the particulars of this person's problem can call my
