Error message

When I try to open Outlook 2007 I get the following error message: "Cannot
open your default email folders. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was
unable to load the information service MSNCON.DLL. Be sure service is
correctly installed and configured".

I haven't a clue as to how install and configure MSNCON.DLL.

That's a version of the Outlook Connector for Hotmail. Do you have a
Hotmail account defined in Outlook?
