Error Message

I get this message: "Cannot open help file...OK". Without editorializing --
except to say that it's not OK -- if I cannot open a help file, how can I
learn (to fix an application, for example) and not bother you?

P.S. I have Windows XP with SP2 and the application is MS Word.

problems.

most have been brought
up to ask for the answers
while others have learned
how to search for them.
