Error Message

Everytime I start up my computer I am receive a Error Message as follows :

Could not locate a Valid Definitions File. Please go to the Programs Options
page and click "Update Defiintions" to download a defiintions file.

I have no idea where to go

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Probably antivirus/spyware program.
