When do you get these messages? What is it that you are trying to do?

Assuming you are trying with Internet Explorer, it would be better to ask in
a group for Internet Explorer, rather than in this .NET programming group.
To find the group you need:

Then open your language in the TreeView on the left, scroll down to
"Windows", open and scroll down to "Internet Explorer" and select a
group from that category.

Have you ever been able to access the Internet using the PC and ISP in
question, or is this a new setup?
If new, have you contacted your ISP for configuration instructions?
