Error Message

There are two possible reasons for that error message.
Are you using a PC or laptop away from home? If so, let me know
so I can explain all the workarounds.

The other possibility is that your ISP really does want you to
use the SMTP AUTH option (like the error message says).
In Windows Mail, go to Tools, Accounts, select the account,
Properties, Servers, tick the box for the Outgoing Mail Server,
"My server requires authentication".
