I just completely erased my hard drive & re-loaded my Win. XP, & now I keep
getting this error message.. "The instruction at "0x62304390" reference
memory at "0x62304390". The memory could not be "read", Click OK to terminate
the program....
Most of the time when it "pops up" & I hit the "OK".. it just "growls at
me".. & keeps popping back up, I can't even "X" out of it, I even hit
"Ctrl., Alt, & Delete", & up comes the " task window", & sez "not
responding".. & I keep trying to delete it.. & after many tries, I finally
get it to stay off... or move it "aside"..
some times it goes out on one click, most times NO, it some times wants me
to send a "report to Microsoft", & I do each time it asks for it, but I get
nothing back on the cause, it some times.. blinks out the "DESKTOP" icons,
like a "hiccup".. & back on.. how can I get rid of this !@#$%^&*( ^&*,
nusiance, short of "dumping & re-loading, my PC, again"...??? if u need more
info, let me know, any help is appreciated...

If you get Memory Cannot be read or written. As the name refer to, it is a
memory problem, some applications/programs
didn't release the memory in timely fashion causing the Error to be thrown by
the system error reporting tools.
Also it could be the work of malwares, badly written application installed
on your system including third party toolbars installed beside Internet
explorer, do you have other toolbars installed try to uninstall them, memory
gone bad or loose in their slots/dust also can cause this.
