I believe it just means that although your post went through the ratings we
are supposed to be able to apply to posts aren't working properly yet. Not
sure if anyone knows when this will be fixed.

Nothing to fix on your end, it's a server error.
So as not to be annoyed by that error message, just turn the stupid
Communities rating thing off:
Tools, Options, uncheck "Use newsgroup message rating feature"
