Error Message

When I click to open My Documents, My Computer, Windows Medea Player, etc.
from the Desktop or toolbar. The first time I attempt it works the next time
I try it I get a Windows error. I click OK and the desktop refreshes and I
can then click the flie and it opens. The next time I try the process
repeats the error message. If I restart the computer it works the first time
only. I you need more information please ask. Thank you.

The messageI get is Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. Data that this report contains: Error signature

Thanks for answering. Someone suggested I run ShellExview. I did and
nothing changed.
