error message

Screen says "the procedure entry point ??OQ String@@AE@PBD@2 could not be
located in the dynamic link library QComutil.dll
What does it mean? I'm having problems with what I see on the screen.
Programs used to fill the whole screen. Now it looks like an old TV - ie
curved on the sides. Help

Update your anti-virus and anti-spyware definitions and then reboot your PC
and press the F8 key before you get to the Windows Splash screen and log into
the machine in Safe Mode. Run your Anti-virus and Anti-Spyware applications
in order to get rid of the malware that is installed on your machine.

As far as the screen issues, it may or may not be related. Do you have an
LCD or CRT Monitor? (The older style big fat heavy monitors) Also, did you
recently put anything potentially magnetic close by them? Like speakers
perhaps?
