Error Message

I often receive this error message when shutting down. Insruction
"0x0520454d" memory could not be read, click ok to terminate program. Any
help would be great thanks.
 
Hi,

Before attempting to shut down, hit ctrl+shift+escape and terminate some of
the processes. Then try. Does the error still occur? If so, then you haven't
found the right one yet. Try again until you find the right one, then post
back with the name of the errant process, and someone may be able to help
you identify where it comes from (or you can just google it).

This means that you have some program running the background that
won’t shut down properly. Try checking your startup list and use
windows task manager to try to find the culprit
