Can anyone help me with the following error message when my computer first starts up

It says "C\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\OWNER\TARTUP' IS NOT A FILE THAT CAN BE PROCESSED BY THE INTERNET CONNECTION WIZARD.
Im not sure what has prompted this but I did download quicktime before I started getting this message.
