Error message ?

Hello, My PC is a Dimension 4300 1.6 GHz 512 MB Ram and
Cable internet service. I've been having problems with my
computer running very slow,so I used the program called
RegSeeker to clean out the old files I didn't need in my
registry and I think I may have removed a file I
shouldn't have. I ran defrag and was trying to run Check
Disk and only got to the second of 5 steps when a blue
screen pops up with the errors below. Does anyone know
what the 2 following error messages refer to, or mean?
The blue screen only stays up a second and then the
computer starts up. How can I make it stop on the blue
screen, so i can read all of the messages there also?
