error message

I just had Office 2003 installed. When opening Outlook for the first time the following message appeare

Unable to open default email folders. MAPI unable to load information service gwmsp1.dll Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured

What do I need to do

That is a GroupWise dll and as far as I know not supported by Outlook, take
a look at the profile and see what you have configured, you can find the
profile information in the Control Panel > Mail > Show Profile > highlight
the profile and go into its properties. By the way the name of the file is
gwmspi.dll.
