error message

Everytime I click on Customers>Orders(Invoices, Returns) a
message pops up and says "Your previous transaction-level
posting session has not finished processing. Please allow
time for it to finish. If you believe it has failed, log
out of Small Business Manager and log back in to recover
transactions." So I log out and log back in and it
continues to say the same thing. The other users do not
get this message.
