It means newdotnet has been partially removed. I think
this is something AntiSpy does poorly.
The easiest fix is to remove the entry that causes the
problem with HijackThis.
First:
Get a copy of winsockxpfix.exe before you do anything.
This is just a safety item to use in case you can't get on
the internet afterwards. You just run it and
things should work OK after it reboots your system.

I don't think you will need it but it's easier to get it
now than later.
Second:
get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe
Save (C:\hjt <- this is a new folder) then Open it and
select the SCAN Only option.
You will see a line:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [New.net Startup] rundll32 C:\PROGRA~1
\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL,NewDotNetStartup
Put a check in the box in front of the above line and then
Fix Checked.
Reboot and the problem should be gone.
