error message

The first time I ran a scan on my computer It told me to
remove a program called NewdotNet a browser plug-in so I
removed it but when I restarted my computer I get an error
message every time I start my computer. the error reads:

Error loading C:\Program~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2\.DLL.

Does anyone know how I fix this problem????

try looking in th registry under run. Typically
HK Local Machine
software
microsoft
windows
current version
run

and also

HK Current User
software
microsoft
windows
current version
run

somtimes these kinds of programs hide there.
