error message

I get error message "windows cannot read template info"
when going to user rights assignment. I am administrator
and logged on as such. What is this problem? How can I
fix?

I don't know offhand but us this Local Security Policy or at domain/OU
level? If it is in a domain does ot happen to all GPO's or just one? Are
there any pertinent messages in Event Viewer? If it is Local Security Policy
you may have some sort of corruption and the links below may help. ---
