error message

While attempting to do a lesson using a Step by Step cd, I
keep getting the error message: cannot create
file "_vti_pvt" What is happening? I have searched the
Microsoft knowledge base and have gotten no help. I'm
using FrontPage 2002, but the lesson book and disk are on
FrontPage 2000. My os is 2000 pro.

It sounds like you need the FP extensions installed:
