error message winnet

every half minute or so i get a message that winnet needs
to close. what is this and how do i fix it?

this is a particularly bad spywear program that is extremely difficult to
remove ... you can see info here :

I've tried to remove this from clients PC's with mixed success... Sometimes
you can sometimes it just regenerates... The sure fix is to reformat and
reinstall OS

Once you get your machine back to normal don't forget to
do the things that stop it from happening again. Remember
that when you download a program that will run on your
computer you have given control of your computer to
someone else - you've already seen what can happen when
you do that.
