Hello

I just downloaded the trial version of EndNote 8 to my
desktop / download folder and then attempted to open the
file. Instead I got the following error message.

"C:\Documents and Settings\Aubrey Keys\Desktop\
Downloads\ENDemo.EXE is not a valid Win32 application."

I have absolutly no idea what this means or how to fix
it. Can you provide some help please?

This behavior can occur if your program's installation file is damaged (corrupted).

Hi,

It means the download is corrupt - you need to start again. Delete the file,
then clear \temp folders and the temproary internet files, then redo the
download.
