Error message while opening database - re: form

Whenever I open my database, I get an error message
stating that the form name "form" is misspelled or refers
to a form that doesn't exist. I renamed my form and it
will open properly, but I would like to get rid of this
error message. Does anyone know how I could do this?

I've been asked to "tidy up" an Access 97 database and I'm having the same problem when I open the database: "The form name 'Main Menu' is misspelled or refers to a form that doesn't exist". It is attempting to run OpenForm for the Main Menu form from the AutoExec macro. The Main Menu form is listed on the Forms tab but I'm unable to access it (or any of the other forms) using the Open or Design buttons

I'll try renaming the form as suggested below

I'll also try to compact and repair the database to see if this resolves the problem

Any other suggestions

(I need to research my options fully before taking the database back from the users to make the necessary changes.

It sounds to me that there are corruptions in your database.
