Error message when trying to open Outlook 2007

When trying to open Outlook 2007 I get the error message: Cannot open
application because MSVCR80.dll was not found. What is this and does anyone
know how to fix it?

I believe that's the c runtime library, which BCM setup should
install. Have you installed and uninstalled Microsoft development
tools (like Visual Studio 2005) on this machine? That may explain BCM
not installing the file, or not finding it.

You can probably find that file on the web if you search for it.

Did BCM run in the past and then one day start dispaying this message?

The missing file may be an indication of an incomplete installation,
in which case other files may also be missing.
