Error message when trying to install Front Page 2003

I've tried and tried to install Front Page 2003 on my computer
but keep getting Error 19 "MS Access Database" not found in the registry.
I've downloaded all I can find for this problem but it hasn't helped.
Perhaps there's a download I haven't found?
One advice from Microsoft was to change my registry keys.
However, I don't want to change my registry keys because
I'm a real novice and afraid to mess something up.
Can someone help me, please?
