Error message when trying to install Adobe reader

I am triying to istall adibe reader with no luck

I always have the same error message 1402 and 1406 connot write key . . etc

I triyed to remove all old adiobe version but could not remove them all . .
some portion left

i runned the small software from Adobe to clean up but no success i also
remioved the spywhare and tryed again . . .

Somebody has an idea !

Error "1402: Could not open key ..." or "1406: Could not write...to key..." when you install Acrobat or Adobe Reader (6.x-8.0 or 3D on Windows):

Note that the above article hasn't been updated for Vista, but the underlying cause (registry permissions) is the same.

Do you have UAC turend off?

I got these errors with UAC off. After I turned it back on, Adobe reader
installed without errors.

Checked this?

Yes i tryed this too . . i also tryed with the Firewall off also in case . .

But i still have the same error message 1406
