when trying to get to a web page that I have been to
before I get an error message telling me the page cannot
be displayed. The web site is classmate.com. This
happened after I changed my security and privacy settings
BUT, I have gone back in and set them all back to
default. I have even put the address "classmates.com" in
the trusted site. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Robinson,
Symtom: Page cannot be displayed / Cannot find server or DNS Error

In the event you can not access a site and you believe it
may be due to an entry in the HOSTS file.

You can use a simple batch file to rename the HOSTS file "on-the-fly".

If you get a response please let me know. I can no longer
go to Adobe.com or national.usta.com...it is like they are
blocked.

go to search enter hosts highlight on of the host files
then press ctrl to highlight all the oter host files press
f2 and rename all files to oldhosts and press enter worked
for me
