When first loging on to XP I get an error message that
says Pgsdk.dll cannot be found. I found the file and
downloaded it to a disk in Zip Format, but I now need to
get directions on what to do with it? Where does it go?

This is not a Windows file. Usually, the way to resolve an issue such as
this is to find the application with which the file is associated and
reinstall the application.

Are you sure about the file name as I was unable to find any application
with which it might be associated.

Because this file is unfamiliar there's no way of knowing where it goes and
as I said, usually the best way to deal with such an issue is to reinstall
the application with which it's associated.

That said, this error may be the result of some virus or malware on your
system. Make sure your antivirus software is up to date and run a virus
scan. Also, download, install and run Ad Aware:
