Hi all,

Running windows XP pro, so far operating very stable on
self-built Abit IC7 Max3 MoBo.

One very small problem when PC is shut down, a menu
appears saying the usual stuff about not svaing etc from
a file or prgramme called "Devldr".

I done a CTRl/Alt/Del before shutting down and note that
under applications tab there is a prorgamme called
Devldr32.exe running. I carrried out a file search on O/S
HDrive and noted that there are a few files with devldr
in Windows system file.

Any one got an idea as to what this might be?

Thanks

Mike

That's related to your SoundBlaster soundcard. Check Creative's website for
the latest drivers for your card. Assuming they have XP compatible drivers
for your card, those drivers should resolve the issue. If you are using
such drivers, you likely don't have the latest such drivers for your card.

Hi

Try upgrading your SoundBlaster drivers from www.soundblaster.com
