Error Message when running windows xp

whenever i turn computer on, i get an error message that
reads as follows
error loading
c:\windows\system32\bridge.dll
specified module could not be found

does anyone know where i can find the module missing to
reinstall if possible or any other help.

Sorry to tell you but you have the Briss-A virus (or at least had it).
Look at : http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/trojbrissa.html

The adware software installed by Troj/Briss-A normally provides an
uninstallation option which can be accessed via the Add or Remove Programs
dialog in the Windows Control Panel. Check the list for entries containing
the string 'Bridge'. Uninstallation may not completely remove the adware,
therefore it should also be removed manually. Make sure all of the adware
processes are inactive and then de-register all of the DLLs mentioned above
using regsvr32 /U, for example:

regsvr32 /U jao.dll
regsvr32 /U bridge.dll

Delete all of the above mentioned files and all registry entries relating to
these files (remember to back-up the registry first).

and clean it with :
