error message when opening outlook

Hi
All of a sudden i am getting this message when I try to open outlook

The procedure entry point GETIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library DSDART.DL

I click ok and the message reappears 6 times, and each time I click ok. After that, Outlook opens fine and I seem to be sending and receiving okay.

Someone told me to reinstall office, which I did. no help. I have Windows X
