Try clearing the forms cache.

If you close outlook
Perform a FIND (click on desktop and press <F3>)
(If you are using XP or W2K operating system be
sure to look in hidden files)
Look for FRMCACHE.DAT file.
Delete it from the find window.
Restart Outlook.

When you restart Outlook it will rebuild a fresh new
FRMCACHE.DAT file.

If this is ineffective you may try using the following
technet article, though it is written for OL2000 it
may be effective:

OL2000: Error Message in Module MS09.DLL ...

Well it worked for a little time and I started to have
the same problem- I went to the KB 303179 article and
followed those steps. I did not have a views.dat file
come up when I did a find but it is working so far. Thanks
for the help once again I'll have to see if this is
going to be done with or return
