As skilled as I think I am with Outlook 2002, I have just hit a problem that
I can't work around. When I'm in the Contact view of a contact folder I
created (which resides under the main folder), I can't click on a contact and
do the following:
Go to the menu bar and click "Actions" > "New Message To Conact" without
getting the following message:
"Error creating new e-mail! This may be caused due to an incorrect email
address for a contact or an invalid name for a distribution list."
It's odd, as this function seems to work better when I am trying to send an
email to a contact with only one address. If I've indicated an address in
the "E-mail 2" field, it won't allow me to create an email.
This contact folder is one I created to contain a marketing databse. This
database was imported from an excel file. Any info would be greatly
appreciated!
