I have PP07 (Office 2007 profressional Plus) on Vista Business 32bit on a
Vaio SZ laptop. After going into slideshow mode now whenever i close
powerpoint i get a message that "MS Office Powerpoint has stopped working..."
I have tried to repair and tried uninstall/reinstall but the problem
persists. It only resolved after i installed Vista SP1 but then it came back
after i went back into presenter mode. does anyone have any suggestions for
how to repair this annoyance?

Completely stock except for adobe acrobat

thanks,
EW

Try uninstalling Acrobat and see if that fixes it.

Oops, sorry, I meant disable, not uninstall. Disable the Acrobat add-in.

PP07 wouldn't let me disable it. I did uninstall the "create pdf --> Office"
in the adobe modify/repair/remove process from control panel.

All is now good. No big deal. I used the MS add-in to create pdf's in office
apps anyway. Thanks for your help.
