When I go to close my internet connection I get an error
message. The message is as follows: instruction
at :0x027e36b0"referenced memory at "0x027e36b0". The
memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the
program. I did a desktop cleanup and the message seemed
to go away. Now it has come back and I have tried using
the windows help and support but I can't seem to correct
the problem. I am not sure if it is a program problem or
a hardware problem. I'm not even that great on the
computer, I have learned most of it from the help section
and friends. If you can help please let me know.

Hi Princess,

Scan the system with Ad-Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) and eliminate the
malware products causing the abnormal program termination.

If the problem continues, reinstall Internet Explorer using this method (for
XP):
