Error message "Undefined function 'Format' in expression"

I just converted my database and from Access 97 to 2000
and my crosstab query for totals is bringing up the
following error message. "Undefined function 'Format' in
expression"
My original query asks for the date string to only return
totals by year and I cannot seem to revise the query to
get the same results.
Any help would be appreciated.

Likely to be a Reference Error rather than any wrong with your Query. See
