error message unable to free/busy information

when I enter an appt. I get a pop up box saying "unable to open free/busy
information". Any ideas...it's a new system w/software installed by Gateway
on my new computer.
 
SYMPTOMS
When you use the meeting planner to view another person's free/busy time,
you may receive the following error message:
Unable to load free/busy information
CAUSE
This behavior may occur because there is a problem with the other person's
published free/busy information.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, refresh the free/busy information by running
Outlook with the /CleanFreeBusy command-line switch on the computer that is
experiencing problems publishing free/busy information. To do this: 1. Click
Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy.
3. Click OK.
