error message that won't go away

I have a message that started popping up today that says
"Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\cnbabe.dl
The specified module could not be found.

I hit ok and then about a minute later it pops up again. It is really annoying. Does anyone know how I could get this message to stop popping up? Please email me and let me know, (e-mail address removed)

It's from a piece of spyware/adware.
