What is the EXACT error message.

Dear Mr. David H. Lipman.

Thanks your quick response.

When I start my computer or re-boot...there is a pop-up on my screen that
read...the following....

"RUNDLL....C\windows\system32\qzvwgxg.dll
The specified module could not be found".
Press Ok

Mr David...just wonder why this message keeps appearing on my screen when I
re-start my system.

Hope you can help me resolve this problem whereby it doesn't happen before.

Hope to hear from you.

Thanks again.

Regards
Philip Lim.

Please... Just call me David :-)

Some anti malware removed the DLL but failed to remove the line item that loaded the
malware.

Go to Start --> Run
and enter; MSCONFIG

Go to the "Startup" tab and find the line item that loads
RUNDLL32 C\windows\system32\qzvwgxg.dll

Uncheck thaty line item and then hit "apply" then reboot the PC.

Dear Mr. David H Lipman

THANKS...

Best Regards
