| Dear Mr. David H. Lipman.
|
| Thanks your quick response.
|
| When I start my computer or re-boot...there is a pop-up on my screen that
| read...the following....
|
| "RUNDLL....C\windows\system32\qzvwgxg.dll
| The specified module could not be found".
| Press Ok
|
| Mr David...just wonder why this message keeps appearing on my screen when I
| re-start my system.
|
| Hope you can help me resolve this problem whereby it doesn't happen before.
|
| Hope to hear from you.
|
| Thanks again.
|
| Regards
| Philip Lim.

Some anti malware removed the DLL but failed to remove the line item that loaded the
malware.
Go to Start --> Run
and enter; MSCONFIG
Go to the "Startup" tab and find the line item that loads
RUNDLL32 C\windows\system32\qzvwgxg.dll
Uncheck thaty line item and then hit "apply" then reboot the PC.
