Error message: relay denied

Outlook 2002
When I try to reply to an email, it leaves outbox, then
bounes directly back with the message: relay denied.

New message send fine.

This problem occurred when I swithched from verizon dsl
to RoadRunner cable modem.

Anyone had this problem?
 
You need to use RR's SMTP server for outbound mail - ask them what it is.
