IE6 just started giving a message when it was closing saying that it could
not reference an instruction at 0x629133b1. I done some digging on the the
net and have managed to stop the error happening by blocking third-party
toolbar extension ( BHO) using control panel/ internet options/ advanced tab.
However I have run Spybot , Adaware and Norton and can find nothing to
account for this error occurring in the first place. Does anyone have any
ideads what could be doing this ? My wife recently downloaded Adobe Photoshop
Editor but neither on us have used it. The error does not happen when my wife
logs on , it only happens to me. Any idinput gratefully received.

I get the same message but this happened on a fresh install of XP home and
after installing the Yahoo tool bar, (by accident I might add).

My suggestion is to uninstall yahoo tool bar.

Also, I heard about the Yahoo tool bar giving some problems and that there
was a fix for it but, damned if I can remember where I read that and where
to get the fix from.

Thanks for the replies. I found that by using Manage Add-ons options I was
able to selectively disable the add ons until I found which one was causing
the pronlem, o and behold it was the Google tool bar that was the problem.
Using Contro Panel / Add\ remove software I was able to remove both the yahoo
and the google tool bars which i feel was a better option than just disabling
them. Hoever , it looks like these ad ons had been present for quite a while
so I still do not know what caused them to go awry. ( My wife had these
running and giving her no problems ) so I am still suspicious that some
malware / spyware may have caused the problem. Have installed the latest
version of spybot and it still came up blank.
