Error message out of memory

I am working on a family tree and while viewing census
report images I run into problems with error
messages "out of memory". How do I prevent this?

This could be due to a lot of things so I'll just touch on the basics
1)Disk clean up. Will clean up and free up your system and resources
2)Defragment your compute

3)Add more RAM memor
4)Increase your virtual memory (Page filing).
