Error message opening particular types of mails

Hi....

Outlook 2003 SP1 on Windows XP SP2. Outlook configured to point to our
exchange 2003 SP1 server.
If someone sends me an email with the copy of an email as an attachment ie a
..msg file, whenever i try and open the attached email i get the following
error
"The messaging interface has returned an unknown erro. IF the problem
persists, restart outlook"
The attached mail can be copied out and viewed from opening the file
directly.
IT happens in cached mode and normal mode. Even creating another mail
profile same error happens.
anyone any ideas ? All latest patches/updates have been applied.
 
Try going to file page setup Daily and uncheck taskpad view. This seems to
work with shared calendars and inboxes.
