error message on start up

i am getting this pop up window with the following message
everytime i start up the computer. how do i fix it or do
i even need to fix it? i am not very computer literate so
i will need simple instructions. i have windows 2000 on
my home (personal) computer. the error message is
DLL file ws32_32DLL file not found.
