Hi people,

Quick question for everyone that may be able to help. I
keep getting an error message from the backup wizard on
Windows 2000. It keeps asking me to change the backup
tape, for example "insert backup tape Thursday". When I
insert the thursday tape the error message doesn't go away
regardless of me pressing the ok button or even the x
button in the corner. As a result of me not being able to
get rid of the message I am having to get all users to log
off the netowrk and bebooting the server. This is
happening on a weekly basis now and as you can imagine is
getting really boring. I haven't found any of the error
message in the knowledge base and I'm completely stuck.
Please Help.

Regards

Deepak

p.s There was a time when I ended up putting all the
backup up tapes in the drive one by one and it got rid of
the message but now even that doesn't work!!.
