Error Message On Accessing Any Web Page

When I load Internet explorer on my window 98 machine the
following error comes up.

"object doesn't support this property or method"
"line 171 - Char 2 - Code 0"

Any assistance with this problem would be appreciated.

Suggest you re-post the question to one of the Internet Explorer newsgroups.

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database application.
