Error message: mshtml.dll

IE 6.0.2800.1264

On 2 specific websites, after ~1min I get an error message refering
to:

mshtml.dll

I have scanned the computer using updated copies of Spybot and
Adaware, but the problem still persists.

Suggestions ?

Try the following and see if it helps:

If you have the Google toolbar, some have reported that removing their fixed
your symptom.

Another known third-party interferer is Norton's Internet Security 2000:
