Error Message keeps appearing

When I go onto a website I keep getting an error message as follows
An error occurred while copying file FP_AX_CAB_INSTALLER.exe Cannot copy
file to destination directory
I am using Windows XP home edition and Internet Explorer as my Browser

What is it that you are trying to do? Is it your website? Where are you
hosting it?

No I do not have a website it is when I am trying to access a website that I have visited plenty of times in the past. I get onto the website but it does not load fully and the message appears

It happens with quite a number of websites
