Error Message - Invalid Argument

When importing 3 to 4 .txt files into an Access database I am getting an
"Invalid Agrument" error on the last .txt file. Is there a limit to the
amount of data that can be imported into a database?
 
Can you post your code. Can't tell what might be an invalid argument without
seeing it.
